- Package must be fully paid in advance of check-in date.
- Bookings must be made over the phone and will not be confirmed until your online payment has been received.
- All packages cancelled up to 48 hours before the package date are subject to a 15% administration fee plus any costs that have already been accrued.
- All packages cancelled less than 48 hours before the package date will not be refunded.
