The Cookhouse will be featuring a different Thursday evening meal each week and at 7pm, local history experts and enthusiasts will present a ½ hour illustrated “talk” on a local history topic followed by a brief Q&A.

A reservation is NOT required to attend the Heritage Spotlight Series talks or to visit the Heritage Village on Thursday evenings, however supper reservations are required.

Supper: Seafood Chowder and rolls, with Apple Cream Cheese Pie for dessert
Spotlight Topic: "The Great War" and its Contribution from the Eastern Shore. Presented by Greg Hussey

Supper: Baked Stuffed Haddock, New Potatoes & Garden Salad, and Brownie with Ice Cream
